I cannot say enough positive things about Pat and his work crew. This is the first roof replacement I have gone through (and my first house) so I was really nervous about the process, having to deal with insurance and find a reputable contractor. Pat came out the next day after I called, did a quick inspection of the roof, offered to kill a massive spider on my porch and then spent some time explaining his process and even went over the estimate I had received from my insurance to explain it to me. He gave me a straightforward quote and ultimately came in under both the quote and what my insurance was willing to pay. His crew showed up 5 minutes early each day, worked quickly and cleaned up thoroughly before they left. Our roof and gutters look great and I couldn't believe how stress free and easy the process was for us.

I selected three businesses from the La Grange area to provide a quote to replace gutters and soffits. One had a crazy high price and the other was priced competitively. I decided to have Keenan Roofing and Solar, in part because of price , but mostly because of the great reviews on Yelp. The crew did a fabulous job and I could not be happier! The crew covered the landscaping with tarps to collect a lot of flaking paint. They cleaned up each evening, and finished the job ahead of schedule. Patrick was very helpful. He advised me a out how much soffit ventilation was needed and even helped me pick a color that complemented my home. I would recommend Keenan Exteriors to everyone. When I am ready to replace my roof, I will call him first!
