Clarendon Hills native Margaret Keenan graduated with a B.S. from the University Honors College of Arizona State University in 1999 and in 2005 from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago with an M.S. in Historic Preservation of Architecture. As co-owner of the family run business, Keenan oversees the implementation and improvement of efficient business operations. Managing marketing, growth strategies, human resources, community outreach and financial resources, she works to assure a quality end product as well as customer and employee satisfaction. In the field you will see her focus primarily on the interior and exterior design of larger home renovation projects. Mommy of 5, Margaret resides in LaGrange Park with her husband and business partner, Patrick and their crew.

La Grange native, Patrick Keenan has been a leader in the remodeling industry for over 20 years. His experience in home renovation production and sales management has provided the necessary skill set to co-own and operate the family firm. A trusted manager with established loyalty amongst local craftsmen, Keenan unites a quality team, resulting in exceptional workmanship and a beautiful finished product. Outside of residential construction, Keenan has worked with local municipalities in economic development and enriching communities with local public art projects. Patrick resides in LaGrange Park with his wife and business partner, Margaret, and their five children.
